No. Trade setups bring sections, units and assemblies — never prices. Every number is yours, and Joe never sets one either.
Do my clients need an account?
No. You share a link; they review the proposal or change order and sign or decline online.
Can I bid as a sub and run jobs as a GC?
Yes. A company can be a contractor, a subcontractor, or both — from one account.
Is there a phone app?
The web app works today on any device. The iPhone app is in testing — it's where crews clock in, log work and add photos.
Does Joe write things for me yet?
Not yet. Joe's tool buttons and forms are built; AI drafting is coming soon. Everything else on this page works today.
Will it tell me if my work meets code?
No, and nothing should promise that. The field reference does the math and shows code-value tables with their source and edition. Your adopted code, local amendments and your inspector decide.
Can I get my data out?
